1:ORDERS

We use paypal as our payment processing service this keeps your payment information secure. We never receive your credit card information.

Once an order is placed dispatch usually varies between 2-3 Business days

Should you change your mind please contact us as soon as possible.

We are always happy to work on custom orders though these do take longer than items already made ready to ship.

2:SHIPPING

Shipping

All our items are sent  second class or international standard we offer upgrades in shipping at an additional cost availiable at the checkout

Processing time:

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Average postal times:

Second class postage usually takes 2-5  business days to arrive

International standard usually takes between 10-14 business days to arrive

Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Missing items:

The post office will consider a second parcel missing after 14 business days and International standard after 30 business days.  if your parcel is missing we will deal with the post office claim and we will send a replacement item as soon as the post office will recognise  your item as missing we will send the replacement item by signed for post.

3:GIFT SHIPPING

 Is your item a gift?

We can gift wrap your item in tissue paper and ribbons and send to your recipients address with a personal message from you. This option is available  at the check out.

4:RETURNS

Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Classes (£5 deposit will not be returned if you cancel your space with less than 24 hrs notice

  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
